At Cloud360, we stand behind the quality of our training and consulting services. We believe in building long-term partnerships based on value. If our services do not meet your expectations, our refund policy is designed to protect your investment while ensuring fair usage of our resources.


1. The 30-Day "Confidence" Guarantee

We offer a 100% No-Questions-Asked Refund for all standard retail courses and individual training modules purchased directly through our portal.

  • Eligibility Window: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
  • The "Fair Use" Clause: To protect our trainers and intellectual property, refunds are only applicable if less than 25% of the course content has been consumed or accessed. This ensures students can evaluate the quality without utilizing the entire curriculum for free.

2. How to Request Your Refund

We’ve removed the red tape. To initiate a refund:

  • Email: Send a short note to support@cloud360.co from your registered email address.
  • Processing: Once confirmed, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.

3. Vendor Protections & Limitations

To maintain the integrity of our specialized consulting and enterprise services, the following conditions apply:

  • Custom & Enterprise Agreements: Refunds do not apply to custom SOWs (Statements of Work), private corporate batch trainings, or enterprise-tier plans, as these involve dedicated resource allocation.
  • Exam Vouchers & Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid for official Microsoft Certification vouchers or third-party lab environments are non-refundable once the voucher code has been issued or the lab has been activated.
  • Abuse Prevention: To prevent "subscription hopping," the 100% refund policy is limited to one per customer. Subsequent purchases by the same individual/entity are considered final.

4. Service Access Post-Refund

Upon the initiation of a refund:

  • Access to the specific course material, community forums, and Cloud360-exclusive certificates will be revoked immediately.
  • Any digital credentials or "Badges" earned for that specific course will be invalidated.
