Course Prerequisites

To get the most out of this course, participants should have:

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview.
• Knowledge of core data protection and privacy principles.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant legal frameworks is helpful but not required.
• A working understanding of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center and Microsoft Information Protection is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Previous experience with eDiscovery or legal data retention concepts is helpful.
