Course Prerequisites

• A basic understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.

• Prior experience with Microsoft Viva and its components (Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Learning) is beneficial but not mandatory.
