Module 2: Configure Microsoft Dataverse 

• Dataverse Overview:

  • Introduction to Dataverse as the data platform for Power Platform.
  • Benefits and capabilities of using Dataverse for data management and integration across applications.

• Managing Tables and Columns:

  • Creating and modifying tables (entities) and columns (fields).
  • Setting up and managing relationships between tables (1:N, N:1, and N:N).

• Managing Security:

  • Configuring security roles and field-level security to control user access.
  • Implementing business unit structures to manage access and permissions.

• Managing Data:

  • Importing and exporting data to and from Dataverse.
  • Configuring duplicate detection, auditing, and data management.

Module 3: Create Apps Using Microsoft Power Apps

• Canvas Apps:
  • Designing Canvas apps, focusing on user interface (UI) elements like buttons, labels, galleries, and forms.
  • Understanding the layout of Canvas apps and implementing formulas using Power Fx.
• Model-Driven Apps:

  • Using triggers, actions, conditions, and loops to automate business processes.
  • Integrating Power Automate with other apps and services for seamless automation.

• Business Process Flows:

  • Designing business process flows to guide users through a defined series of steps.

• Power Fx Logic:

  • Using Power Fx to implement custom logic in Canvas apps.
  • Writing formulas and expressions in Power Fx to control the behavior of apps and flows.

Module 7: Power Virtual Agents 

• Creating Chatbots:

• Automating Bot Actions:
  • Connecting Power Virtual Agents with Power Automate to trigger workflows from within the chatbots.
